Step 1, The pudding: Ok I like banana over Vanilla, but Wal-mart only had Vanilla. If you like crunchy cookies get instant, if you like soft cookies get cook-n-serve. Cook-n-serve taste sooo much better to me. Start cooking the pudding first.

Step 2, The cookies: Lay them out how you want, but know it really won’t stay that way once you pour the pudding in. As you can see I’m a neat freak, and presentation is key.

Step 3, The bananas: I love them in the pudding, but I won’t use them anymore. My reason is because they start turning black very quickly. A way to get around this is to use them as a fresh topping when you are ready to serve.

Step 4, Back to the pudding: you’ll see it starting to thicken up, and then its ready to pour over the cookies.

Step 5, The pour: You definatly want to pour is SLOWLY as to make the presentation as nice as possible.

I bought 2 large packages of the cook-n-serve for our 9×13 glass pan. An alternative is to use glasses and do layers like parfiet.
